She was very knowledgeable and helpful. That was my original review, then they called me back two weeks later saying I’m declined for life insurance, they won’t tell me why. It’s not for $1 million life insurance policy, nothing outrageous, I’m a perfectly healthy 35-year-old male with no underlying health issues, but it was denied and they cannot tell me why so I told them I’m switching the five star to a one star, if they can’t insure me I could only imagine who else they cannot insure. Denisse did nothing wrong, this is not her doing. This is a review for State Farm."

"So this office decided to keep my hard earned money cause I cancel my insurance two weeks before due date and got another insurance..so they kept my two weeks credit.i waited and waited for the check and it never arrived.. so then I call the office 6 months after and they said its been to long..But when you owe them it stays in your credit for life until you pay it.. Greed will get you no where ..to bad I can't put zero stars"
